Team Leaders and Sales Agents:

My Geek Force is pushing for more sales...
You can join the bandwagon either as a Team Leader or a Sales Agent.

Team Leaders:

Will have override commissions over all his team members

Will have to hire/find and manage his own team (sometimes people will be assigned under you)

Will provide necessary training and/or materials to his team members

Will serve as a contact point between us and the agents.

Must have experience handling a team of sales agents

Must be organized and can keep track of his agents

Can provide sales support to his agents

Team Bonuses

Sales Agents:

Nice commission package

Must be proactive and can write/make his own creative ideas for selling

Can employ both online and offline sales strategies

Can work alone and with a team, unsupervised

Sales incentives

No limit selling, no nonsense products and services

Selected applicants will be given orientation and trainings.
You will be handed with basic product knowledge and materials as needed.
Selling can start immediately.

You will be selling Computer Services, primarily:
1. Web Design and Development
2. Computer Service Contracts
Selected agents/teams can have a chance of selling innovative products fresh from our laboratories (as in new technologies, and out of this world products, yes you can suggest sourcing too)

If you think you have what it takes, then take this offer now.
You will not lose anything here but rather gain more in terms of trainings and seminars.

We are not asking for anything but sales, no payments or entrance fees or anything...

You will be provided with good office support (but we dont want to spoon feed so you should be able to construct your own stuff_

You will be given incentives as you grow with us, you will start off with plain commissions and well talk after that.

We can be very generous to those who can bring us business.

Web Designers:

MGF is looking for qualified web designers on all levels of knowledge and expertise. You will be tested, you will be interviewed, you will be assessed, so that you will be properly classified.
Required Skills:

HTML/CSS Knowledge (some javascript)

PSD to HTML Templates (Photoshop/Dreamweaver Skills are important)

Web Host Interactions (CPanel, FTP, etc...)

Some SEO Knowledge (for on-page optimization)
